Job Title: Contract Hiring / Staffing Lead Location: Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, overseeing our Contract Staffing division . This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in high-volume hiring, and a proactive mindset to drive seamless delivery across client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality talent acquisition for contract roles. Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters focused on contract staffing delivery. Partner closely with business, delivery, and HR teams to understand hiring forecasts and staffing plans. Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, internal database, etc.). Negotiate terms, compensation, and availability with contract professionals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and client-specific contract norms. Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, sub-contractors, and recruitment partners. Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for senior management. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ~5+ years of experience in contract staffing. ~ Experience in IT.
