About the Role
Leeford Healthcare is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience, preferably in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, along with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Python to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for marketing, sales, and operations.
Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
Develop automated reporting solutions using Excel and Google Sheets to enhance reporting efficiency.
Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of routine tasks.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a preference for candidates with e-commerce industry experience.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
Strong experience with Google Sheets and data analysis using Python.
Solid understanding of data analytics methodologies and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and analytics tools.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
