The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in/check-out experience. She should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling front desk operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude- Handle check-in/check-out procedures, guest registration, and room assignment- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner- Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations using hotel management software- Maintain visitor records and ensure guest documentation is completed accurately- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed- Handle administrative duties such as email correspondence, printing, and filing- Ensure compliance with all security and safety proceduresKey Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist in the hospitality industry- Proficient in MS Office- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Presentable, professional, and customer-service focused- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if requiredPreferred Qualities:- Fluency in English and local language- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
