Business Analyst

We are actively seeking a qualified Business Analyst or Operations Specialist to serve as the Technical Expert in supporting Regulation & Homologation business functions. This individual will be an integral member of the Regulation & Homologation ICT Team. Seeking a professional to oversee small-to-medium scale projects, ensure compliance and convergence across various regions, and manage technology migration processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT.
1-3 years of experience in technical/solution development or operational IT role.
Basic understanding of regulations, compliance, and processes related to the automotive industry, including vehicle approval (homologation).
Proficiency in data analysis and techniques.
Experience in process modeling and documentation.
Experience interacting with other process/technical specialists, cross-functional teams, and business experts.
Ability to communicate requirements effectively to both technical and non-technical resources.
Strong team player with fluency in English; problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues/problems across global regions.
Proficiency in the English language at a professional level is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary duties include collaborating with international professionals to develop and optimize processes, thereby improving operations. This entails providing high-quality, cost-efficient, and secure technological solutions.
This role includes full project support: understanding processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and resolving issues.
