Job Title: Assistant Manager – IT**This role requires extensive travelling for providing onsite support in IT infrastructure across SVF cinema locations within the state.About UsSVF Entertainment is a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media.Role:We are looking for a dedicated person to manage and support our cinema’s technical infrastructure — ensuring seamless operations, system security, and a high-quality guest experience.Key Responsibilities:- Manage technical infrastructure — projection, POS, and network systems.- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support on-site and remotely.- Ensure hardware, software, and OS are regularly maintained and updated.- Support and assist in implementing new IT projects.- Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.- Manage IT inventory, track expenses, and prepare technical reports.- Ensure all technology supports a seamless guest experience.- Configure and maintain local networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:- Proficiency in networking, cinema IT servers, and storage systems.- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Experience:- Previous experience in a cinema or entertainment industry is highly advantageous.- Experience in management or supervisory roles preferred.
