Job Title: Backend / Infrastructure EngineerLocation: (Specify Location or Remote)Experience: 3–10 yearsPreferred Education: B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT or other Tier-1 institutesAbout the Role:We are looking for highly skilled Backend / Infrastructure Engineers with a strong foundation in scalable system design, distributed architecture, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance backend systems and infrastructure that power large-scale applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Go, or Python.- Architect and scale distributed systems for reliability and performance.- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.- Implement and maintain streaming and messaging systems using Kafka.- Design robust data models and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL alternatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade software.- Monitor, debug, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.Required Skills & Experience:- Strong background in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.- 3–10 years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Node.js, Go, Python).- Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Postgres.- Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.Good to Have:- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.).- Familiarity with security best practices in backend systems.Sonali SindhiWhatsapp No.: / //
