Vice President – Private Credit A leading alternatives investment platform has launched a Private Credit & Hybrid Capital Fund focused on India’s fast-growing mid-market. With capital raised and a strong pipeline across sectors such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and financial services, the platform is now expanding its core investment team. We’re looking for a Vice President – Private Credit to join the team and lead origination and execution of private credit and hybrid capital transactions. Originate, structure, and execute credit and hybrid capital deals (NCDs, term loans, CCDs, OCDs, preferred equity) Build and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors, corporates, and intermediaries to drive differentiated deal flow Develop credit frameworks, portfolio monitoring tools, and reporting standards 7–10+ years’ experience in Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, or Private Equity ~ Strong understanding of credit documentation and investment analysis ~ Excellent relationship management and communication skills ~ Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a lean, high-performance setup Work directly with senior leadership and portfolio management team Lead transactions with full ownership in a dynamic, fast-growing platform If you have a deal-maker’s mindset and want to help build one of India’s next-generation private credit franchises, apply now. #
