What We’re Looking For

• Proven Impact: 18–20+ years in progressive HR leadership, with at least 5 years at global executive level.
• Builder Mindset: Experience in high-growth, tech-driven, global businesses where transformation is constant.
• Strategic Operator: Ability to turn business vision into people action with measurable results.
• Cultural Champion: Deep understanding of how to balance global consistency with local relevance.
