Job Title: Service Now ITAM Specialist (SAM / HAM / CMDB / Integrations) Salary: Negotiable. Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred Location: Remote Experience Required: Overall: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Service Now platform Specific: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules – Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and Integrations Certification: Mandatory: Service Now Certified ITAM (SAM/HAM) Certification Preferred: Service Now System Administrator / Implementation Specialist Certifications Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and maintain Service Now ITAM modules (SAM, HAM, CMDB). Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and external asset inventory or discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Flexera, etc.). Ensure data accuracy and governance within CMDB and asset repositories. Manage software compliance, license optimization, and asset lifecycle processes. Design and implement discovery and reconciliation processes to ensure asset visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITSM, ITOM, Procurement, Security) for end-to-end asset management. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset and license tracking. Support automation initiatives and process improvements in ITAM operations. #hiring #servicenow #servicenowjobs
