A Technical Web3 Blockchain Project Manager is a specialized role that combines project

development. In addition to the responsibilities of a traditional project manager, this role requires 5yrs. of specific knowledge and skills related to decentralized systems, smart contracts, decentralizedapplications (dApps), and blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Polkadot, or Solana.
Key responsibilities:
1. Technical Understanding: Possessing a strong understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, tokenomics, and decentralized networks.
2. Project Planning and Execution: Developing comprehensive project plans tailored to Web3
development, including defining project scope, milestones, and technical requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including
developers, designers, clients, and blockchain experts, to align project goals and expectations.
4. Blockchain Architecture Design: Working closely with blockchain architects and developers to design scalable and secure blockchain solutions, including choosing appropriate blockchain platforms and protocols.
5. Smart Contract Development: Overseeing the development and deployment of smart contracts,
including writing Solidity code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring smart contract security best
practices are followed. 6. Decentralized Application (dApp) Development: Managing the development lifecycle of decentralized applications, from ideation and design to implementation and deployment on blockchain networks.
7. Technical Resource Allocation: Allocating technical resources, including developers, designers, and infrastructure, to support project activities and meet technical requirements.
8. Quality Assurance and Testing: Implementing testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and security auditing, to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of blockchain solutions.
9. Compliance and Regulatory Considerations: Understanding regulatory requirements related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies and ensuring project compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
10. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in the Web3 space, experimenting with new tools and frameworks, and fostering a culture of
innovation within the project team.
11. Must have experience in Scrum.
