We are India’s 1st Age & Gender-Focused Multi-Speciality Family Clinic, delivering intelligent and personalized care through Suitcase Clinics — both at the doorstep and in clinics.

Our AI-powered health platform enables patients to instantly book the right doctor for doorstep visits or clinic consultations, based on symptoms, age, and gender - ensuring fast, convenient, and accurate access to care.

We specialize in Dental, Pediatrics, Gynecology, and Geriatrics, offering a full spectrum of services from preventive care to chronic disease management.

With our unique focus on age and gender-specific care, HAI ensures timely intervention, continuity of care, and an exceptional patient experience — wherever you are.

We're Hiring: President – HAI Suitcase Clinics (Equity-Based | Founding Role)

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead sales, marketing, business operations, and go-to-market
  • Drive domestic & international expansion, franchise & B2B partnerships
  • Identify & pitch to investors, support fundraising alongside the Founder
  • Own revenue, profitability, and clinic performance metrics
  • Be part of shaping India’s most disruptive doorstep health model

Compensation: Equity + Profit Share (Pre-funding) | Salary post-fundraise

Reporting To: Founder/Director

Who You Are:

  • From a Top-tier institute (IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI etc.)
  • 10–20 years in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospital, or Startup leadership
  • Strong growth, fundraising, and business execution experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with risk appetite and founder-level commitment
  • Willing to join in a purely equity-based role initially, with future profit-sharing & salary post-fundraise
  • Can optionally invest and join as a Co-Founder to have more skin in the game.

WHO YOU ARE NOT?

  • Someone looking for an immediate salary or quick monetary success
  • Someone without a proven track record of driving sales of minimum USD 1M ARR per annum in center-based, franchise-driven, or health/retail business models
  • Someone lacking the willingness to work hard, hustle, and build from scratch
  • Someone who is risk-averse or unwilling to commit long-term to a founder-level mission

You’ll be helping shape a 100-city healthtech movement, making intelligent care accessible Anytime Anywhere to families across India.
