Explore more about us at: ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.
Key responsibilities
Our ideal technical writer will carry out the following responsibilities on a regular basis:
Documentation creation. Develop and maintain technical documents, including user manuals, product guides, and API documentation, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and user-friendly.
Collaboration. Work closely with subject matter experts, such as engineers and developers, to gather and interpret complex technical information.
Content structuring. Organize and present information in a logical and coherent manner, making it accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Editing and proofreading. Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy, adhering to company style guides and standards.
User-centered content. Focus on creating content that meets the needs of end-users, making technical information easy to understand and use.
Tool proficiency. Utilize various documentation tools and platforms to create, manage, and publish content.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts, technologies, and trends is highly desirable.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PL/SQL Lead to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient PL/SQL code and database applications. As a PL/SQL Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure the implementation of best practices in database coding and performance tuning. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing database migrations, optimizing SQL queries, and leading the team in troubleshooting complex issues. You will also mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of database architecture and will be passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. You will play a central role in driving continuous improvement in our database processes and work closely with stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of PL/SQL solutions.
Optimize existing PL/SQL code for performance efficiency.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards within the team.
Collaborate with architects and developers to define data architecture and schema designs.
Mentor and train junior developers in PL/SQL best practices and techniques.
Manage database migrations, version control, and change management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues in a timely manner.
