Technical lead/ Data ArchitectLocation: Bangalore/Mangalore

Job Overview:As a Technical lead/ Data Architect specialized in AWS Cloud data enablement, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that support our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our data solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable data architectures using AWS Cloud technologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.Lead solution design and engineering efforts with a focus on Snowflake, AWS, Kafka, and Python.Guide, mentor, and direct a multivendor team, fostering collaboration and innovation.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge existing solutions, and propose improvements that drive the best outcomes for clients.Stay updated with emerging technologies and be ready to explore and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tech stacks.Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance are followed across all projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.12-15 years of experience in Data Architecture, with a strong focus on AWS Cloud data enablement.Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions with Snowflake, AWS, Kafka, and Python.Demonstrated ability to lead and direct multivendor teams in complex projects.Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to challenging and refining solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
