ResponsibilitiesLead Engineering Teams Guide and mentor a team of talented engineers ensuring the successful delivery of highquality software solutionsLegacy Modernization Oversee the modernization of large legacy systems ensuring seamless integration with new technologies and frameworksArchitecture and Design Develop and implement robust architecture and design solutions using Java Spring Boot Microservices and Kafka along with the program stack tools and technologies usedSAFe Agile Methodologies Apply SAFe Agile principles to manage and deliver projects effectively ensuring alignment with organizational goalsCollaboration Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other stakeholders to define and deliver project requirementsContinuous Improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement encouraging the adoption of best practices and new technologiesTechnical Leadership Provide technical leadership and expertise in all phases of the software development lifecycleProblem Solving Identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions

QualificationsExperience Over 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java Spring Boot Microservices and Kafka technologiesSAFe Agile Experience Proven experience in working with SAFe Agile MethodologiesLeadership Skills Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams effectivelyTechnical Expertise Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practicesEducation Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related fieldCommunication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a nontechnical audienceProblemSolving Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges

Preferred SkillsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google CloudFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools
