NOTE- This is NOT a hands on DEVELOPER role, this is technical interviewer/ Screener role- please read the JD before applyingTechnical ScreenerLocation: RemoteEngagement: Full timeIndustry: IT Services & Consulting / Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD)US EST HOURSAre you passionate about identifying raw tech talent and helping build the next generation of IT consultants?We’re a rapidly growing Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) company hiring Technical Screeners to conduct live technical interviews and help us filter high-potential candidates for our bootcamp-style training program.Our consultants are typically fresh CS/IT graduates or early-career professionals looking to break into tech stacks like iOS, Android, Data Science, Big Data, AWS, Azure, and React Native.ShapeWhat You’ll Do:Conduct 30–45 min live technical screenings via video with aspiring consultantsServe as a Teaching Assistant (TA) to support learning and facilitation effortsReview assignments and address frequently asked questions (FAQs)Join Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during facilitation mock sessionsAssist in drafting learner profilesContribute to various facilitation-related tasks as neededEvaluate candidates on:OOPs fundamentalsData structures & algorithmsCoding (live or pseudo coding)Conceptual understanding of SDLC, APIs, and databasesShare clear evaluation reports (pass/fail) with actionable feedbackCollaborate with recruiters to refine screening benchmarksSpot trainable talent, not just polished resumesWhat You Bring:3+ years of hands-on coding experience in one or more of the following:iOS, Android, Data Engineering, AWS, Azure, React Native, or full-stack developmentStrong command of Object-Oriented Programming and core coding conceptsPrior experience conducting technical interviews or mentoring junior devsAbility to communicate clearly, assess potential, and think beyond the resumeBonus: Experience with platforms like HackerRank, Codility, or CoderPadWhy This Role?100% remoteMake a direct impact on who gets hired and trained for real client projectsBe part of a mission to bridge the gap between raw talent and billable consulting
