Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Storekaro.com® in Pune. The role includes:
Managing and retaining relationships with new and existing customers
Researching the storage and warehousing requirements of customers and make effective decisions for effective usage of space.
Maintain synergy with Logistics and Operations Team to ensure a synchronized and harmonized work environment
Understands customer expectations and particulars of job assignments and communicates effectively to Operations Team performing the work
Provides accurate, valid and complete information to the customers about our services
Understands customers’ requirement and provide suitable storage & moving solutions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions (invoices, payments, receipts), comments and complaints
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Qualifications
MBA/PGDBM/Post Graduate preferred
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills for interpreting customer feedback and data
Relationship Building to foster strong connections with customers
Experience in Customer Retention strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in customer service or related field
