We are looking for an experienced Trainer – Tally professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring students on Tally Prime , ensuring they gain both practical knowledge on day to dat accosting activities. Develop structured training materials, manuals, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes. Assist in implementing Tally solutions for clients, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting. Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and integrations in Tally ecosystems. Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous feedback for improvement. Collaborate with consultants to align training content with real-world business applications and compliance requirements (GST, TDS, ITR). Support the digital transformation initiatives of clients through ERP training and process optimization. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as a Tally trainer or implementation . Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime . Understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, ITR preferred). Ability to design engaging training sessions and explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. Opportunity to be part of a growing consulting firm driving business transformation.
