Trainer - Software Testing

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training in both manual and automation testing techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring QA professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, and other QA tools.- Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on labs.- Conduct offline (classroom) training sessions.- Provide mentoring and support to students on projects, assignments, and career guidance.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in Software Testing and QA Automation.- Assess students' progress and provide feedback and improvement plans.- Customize training content based on corporate or individual client requirements.Required Skills and Experience:- Strong experience in Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Bug/Defect Life Cycle.- Hands-on experience with Automation Tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Appium, etc.- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript preferred).- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Git, Jenkins, and other QA tools.- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Experience in corporate training, technical training, or mentoring is a big plus.- ISTQB or other testing-related certifications are desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.Prior experience as a Trainer/Instructor/Faculty in Software Testing.Interested Candidate Kindly Share your resume or mail on Type: Full-time Weekdays and Part-time Weekend batches Available.
