Trainer - Software Testing

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training in both manual and automation testing techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring QA professionals.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, and other QA tools.Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on labs.Conduct offline (classroom) training sessions.Provide mentoring and support to students on projects, assignments, and career guidance.Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in Software Testing and QA Automation.Assess students' progress and provide feedback and improvement plans.Customize training content based on corporate or individual client requirements.Required Skills and Experience:Strong experience in Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Bug/Defect Life Cycle.Hands-on experience with Automation Tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Appium, etc.Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript preferred).Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Git, Jenkins, and other QA tools.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in corporate training, technical training, or mentoring is a big plus.ISTQB or other testing-related certifications are desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.Prior experience as a Trainer/Instructor/Faculty in Software Testing.Interested Candidate Kindly Share your resume 8879505005 or mail on hr@dcodetech.inJob Type: Full-time Weekdays and Part-time Weekend batches Available.
