The Formulation & Development Chemist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and documenting cosmetic and personal care formulations—from concept to commercial scale. The role demands a strong understanding of formulation science, raw materials, stability testing, and documentation, with the ability to independently manage new product development. ⸻ Develop and customize formulations for skin, hair, body, and hygiene products (powders, sprays, creams, gels, cleansers, lotions, etc.). • Prepare and maintain detailed formulation sheets, stability data, and technical documentation. • Conduct lab trials, compatibility, and performance testing. • Support pilot and production batch scale-up with QA/QC and Production teams. • Maintain formulation library and ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards (BIS / ISO 22716 / MoCRA / EU). • Required Qualification & Experience • Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or Pharmacy. • Experience: 2–8 years in formulation and development of cosmetics or personal care products. • Capable of working independently and driving projects from ideation to launch. ⸻ This is your opportunity to help shape our next chapter — and we’d love to see what you can build with us.
