We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in India. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth across Cynoteck’s service portfolio. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to convert tech capabilities into business impact.Experience: Minimum 5 yearsRequirement: 1Location: Delhi NCRIndustry: IT Services, CRM, Cloud, Mobile & Web DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cynoteck’s footprint in IndiaOwn the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closureRepresent Cynoteck’s offerings (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile/web development) to enterprise clientsCollaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposalsMonitor pipeline health and forecast revenue using CRM tools and analyticsBuild strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partnersParticipate in industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leadsRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in IT services or SaaS salesProven ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growthDeep understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and custom development servicesStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in CRM systems and sales automation toolsStrategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executionSelf-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions
