We are looking for Performance Analysts/Solution Architects/Technical Leads ( Ensure Candidates have hands on experience in analysing and optimizing the performance of compilers (such as MLIR/TVM/LLVM etc. ) by running CPU/GPU benchmarks across various operating systems).
- Ensure Candidates have these keywords gprof, VTune ,spec cpu, LLVM,GCC, AOCC, HPC, OpenCL, CUDA, OpenMP.
WeareseekingahighlyskilledandexperiencedSeniorCompilerandWorkloadPerformance Analyst. AsaSeniorPerformanceAnalyst,youwillplayapivotalroleinanalyzingandoptimizing theperformanceofthecompilerinfrastructureandworkloads.Inaddition,youwillprovide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorshiptoperformanceanalysisteams.Yourexpertisein compiler technologies, workloadanalysis, andteamleadershipwilldrivetheefficientandeffective performanceoptimizationofthetargetsoftwaresystems.
Responsibilities:
● Leadandmentorateamofperformanceanalysts,providingtechnicalguidance,support, andfeedbacktomaximizeindividualandteamperformance.
● Conductperformanceanalysisandevaluationofthetargetcompilerinfrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and areas foroptimization acrossvariousworkloadsandusage scenarios.
● Utilizeadvancedperformanceprofilingandmonitoringtoolstogatherandanalyze performancedata,identifying performancehotspotsandareasofinefficiency.
● Developandimplementadvancedperformanceoptimizationtechniques,including algorithmic improvements,codetransformations,andworkload-specificoptimizations.
● Leadworkloadanalysisefforts,includingworkloadmodeling,characterization,and performanceevaluation,toassesstheperformanceimpactonthecompilerinfrastructure.
● Generatecomprehensiveperformancereportsanddocumentation,presentingfindings, recommendations,andoptimizationstrategiestostakeholdersinaclearandconcise manner.
● Stayupdatedonthelatestadvancementsincompilertechnologies,workloadanalysis methodologies, andperformanceoptimizationtechniques,drivinginnovationwithinthe performanceanalysisteams. Qualifications:
● Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
● ExtensiveexperienceasaCompilerandWorkloadPerformanceAnalystorinasimilarrole, withastrongtrackrecordinperformanceanalysisandoptimization.
● Experienceinleadingandmentoringteams,providingtechnicalguidance,andfosteringa collaborative and high-performanceculture.
● In-depthexpertiseincompilertechnologies,includingcompileroptimizationtechniques, codegeneration,andcompilerinternals.
● Proficiencyinusingperformanceprofilingandmonitoringtoolstogatherandanalyze compiler andworkloadperformancedata.
● Strongknowledgeofworkloadanalysismethodologies,includingworkloadmodeling, characterization, and performanceevaluation.
● FamiliaritywithprogramminglanguagessuchasC/C++,familiaritywithLLVMorGCC compiler frameworks,andexpertiseinperformanceoptimizationatthecompilerlevel.
● Solidunderstandingofcomputerarchitecture,hardware-softwareinteractions,and workload-specificperformanceconsiderations.
● Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills,withtheabilitytodiagnoseandresolve complexperformanceissueseffectively.
● Attentiontodetail,aproactivemindset,andtheabilitytoprioritizeandmanagemultiple tasks andprojectssimultaneously
