We aim to take e-learning to new heights and provide our clients with a highly effective and engaging learning experienceRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Specialist (Graphics and Animations), located in Bengaluru. The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of graphics and animations by conducting detailed quality control and assurance activities. Daily tasks include implementing quality management processes to ensure they meet standards for design, motion, and animation, and compliance with requirements. This role requires expertise in design software, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of design principles, making it a vital part of the creative and technical process.QualificationsMust be able to attend in-office technical reviews in BangaloreMinimum 5 years of proven QC/QA experience in 2D/3D graphics, animation, or related digital media fieldsStrong knowledge of design and animation tools (Adobe Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.)Experience in preparing and using documentation, SOPs, and checklists for QC processes.Keen eye for detail, design aesthetics, and technical accuracyExcellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and articulate feedback clearlyAbility to work under deadlines and stretch work hours when needed
