COMPANY: Multinational Apparel ManufacturerPOSITION: Finance HeadLOCATION: BangladeshSALARY: NET USD 6000 - 8000OVERVIEW:The Finance Head will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring strong governance and compliance within the organization. This role requires a dynamic finance professional with solid experience in the manufacturing industry and the ability to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cost management functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.Guide internal and external audits and ensure accuracy of financial statements.Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for long-term planning.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing function.PRE-REQUISITES:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.Minimum 8 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry ; experience in the apparel sector is an advantage.Expertise in budgeting, costing, and financial reporting .Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.Overseas experience is an added advantage.
