Integrity, experience, honesty, people, humanity, and passion for excellence are some other adjectives that define this global technology leader.Looking for Salesforce Developer with 7-10 years' experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field3+ years of experience using Productboard at the Maker level, preferably Maker/Admin5+ years of experience with Productboard configuration management and standardization practicesAbility to create, manage, and support all admin functions of ProductboardExperience with integrations between Productboard and other toolsProven experience in establishing Productboard environments and onboarding of new usersEstablished experience in training end user communitiesHands-on experience with data migrations to Productboard, preferably from Aha and AsanaExperience in developing standards and best practices in ProductboardGood to haveExperience with AhaExperience with Airtable, Asana, Trello and SmartsheetsExperience with Jira, Teams, and ConfluenceResponsibilitiesProvide support for employees migrating from Aha to ProductboardAddress user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the migration processConduct regular office hours to answer questions and provide guidance to users during the migration periodAssist with the migration of data from Aha to Productboard, ensuring data integrity and accuracyConfigure and establish new Productboard environments tailored to specific needs of the ESE "site," ensuring they are optimized for user efficiencyMonitor, support, and establish integrations with ProductboardSupport the implementation of configuration changes to meet business use casesEnsure customizations adhere to established standards and best practices, avoiding conflicts or deviations from the agreed-upon frameworkDefine and document best practices, policies and standards that ensure a resilient and highly available serviceDocument interactions, processes, problems, and solutions to ensure that team members have easy access to the informationAnalyze metrics and log data to support better decision-making and to improve the system performance and supportDeals well with ambiguous or undefined problems; ability to think abstractly and guide othersComfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels and documenting solutionsExcellent interpersonal skills in written and verbal formatEffectively work as a member of a highly adaptable, multi-discipline teamAbility to work in a collaborative, cross-team/Geo model to ensure successful management of operational tasks (setting resolution expectations, ensuring proper escalation and/or hand-offs as needed, etc.)Can articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences both in writing and in personWilling to flex your behavioral style to meet the needs of the team or work at handConfident of your skills, abilities and willing to share what you know, while learning from othersFamiliarity with agile methodologies
