Reports To: Associate Vice President, Creative Strategy
About the Role We are seeking an Associate Creative Director – Visual Concepts to lead the visual ideation and storytelling across some of our most ambitious brand and event experiences. You will drive the creation of bold key visuals and guide their seamless adaptation across physical and digital touchpoints—from pitch decks and walkthroughs to immersive event spaces.
This role sits at the intersection of creative direction and strategic visual thinking. If you love building narratives through design, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and seeing your ideas come alive in high-impact experiences—this is your stage.

Build unique creative routes grounded in cultural relevance and design trends.
• Craft design rationales that support strategic storytelling across projects.
Lead the development of key visuals for event concepts, campaigns, and installations.
• Translate these visual directions across multiple formats: event zones, print, digital media, and motion.
• Create or oversee the production of visual mockups, moodboards, and master assets.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Strategy, and 3D teams to co-develop integrated creative pitches.
• Champion visual consistency, design quality, and originality across all touchpoints.
Build powerful visual narratives for new business pitches.
• Own the visual voice of the brand across experiences.
Qualifications & Skills - 6–12 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, branding firm, and/or event/exhibition design studio
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
