We are looking for experienced professional for Balance Sheet team in Finance & Accounts.Functional Role: Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager Balance Sheet ManagementLocation: Jagatpura, JaipurDepartment: Finance & AccountsExperience Required: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Job Description:• Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements• Regulatory Reporting• MIS and Management Reporting• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory and regulatory audits.• Address audit observations and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.• Ensure financial reporting aligns with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.• Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.• Collaborate with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables.Key Skills:• Strong knowledge of IGAAP• Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle)• Advanced MS Excel• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Interested candidates may share their resume at
