Residency Manger

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and charismatic individual to oversee the daily operations of our Managing Director's residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resident services, ensuring property maintenance, and handling administrative tasks. This role includes supervising staff, addressing resident concerns, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
Oversee the daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Supervise maintenance staff or contractors to address facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep.
Ensure compliance with all safety codes, health regulations, and building standards.
Monitor and manage budgets related to property maintenance and operations.
Hire, train, and manage residential staff, including maintenance personnel, security, and housekeeping teams.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for staff members.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage schedules for various shifts and tasks.
Serve as the point of contact for emergencies, including property damage, safety incidents, and medical emergencies.
Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for residents and staff.
Help with onboarding and training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
4-8 years of minimum experience in any of the 4 or 5 star hotel as manager or above position or residential services, with a demonstrated ability to manage staff and facilities.
