Job Description – Senior Recruiter / Assistant Manager (Contract Staffing) Location: Advent Global Solutions Pvt Ltd, Basvangudi, Bengaluru (Opposite Brigade MLR Center) Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Advent Global Solutions is hiring experienced Senior Recruiters and Assistant Managers with a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment for contractual requirements In domestic Indian Staffing . This is an exciting opportunity to work from our Bengaluru office and be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced staffing environment. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for contractual staffing roles. Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, social media, networking, and internal databases. Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes. Proven experience in contractual staffing recruitment (end-to-end). Strong sourcing skills using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools. Hands-on experience and good knowledge of ATS platforms . Willingness to work from office full-time in Bengaluru. Attractive salary package based on experience and performance. Stable Monday to Friday schedule with fixed working hours.
