TA Specialist/Senior Technical Recruiter Initus Consulting Pvt.We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Technical hiring teams in Bangalore Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles(Cloud, Security, Networking ,Storage and Fintech domains). You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our client brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. Source potential candidates various software skills Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter with Core IT skills recruitment through LinkedIn and other database tools Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured) Good understanding on sourcing for Internet/Cloud/Networking/Storage/Telecom/Banking/Finance domain companies with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for various software jobs MBA - HR,BE/BTech, MSc/BSc Comp. , BCA/BBA or any other similar graduation Initus HR Consulting Pvt Ltd, emerged a leader in providing human resource solutions to some of the best companies.
