Joining our client's team means being part of a collaborative environment where your expertise will drive meaningful change and contribute to building a stronger, more data-driven future for the company.Responsibilities:Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making within client.Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to optimize product performance and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements.Assist product teams in transitioning towards self-service analytics, enabling them to leverage data independently for decision-making. In contrast, the analytics team focuses on advanced analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, and other strategic initiatives.Work directly with decision-makers and product team directors to understand their analytical needs, provide guidance, and deliver actionable insights.Create KPIs from scratch for product teams, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring measurable success metrics.Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure data integrity, implement tracking solutions, and optimize data pipelines for efficient analysis.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the software industry.Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
