The ideal candidate should have strong database development skills, be open to learning Zuora in-depth (including taking trainings), and possess the ability to build ETL workflows and apply scripting knowledge using Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage billing systems, subscription management, and data pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for reporting and operational purposes.Work with the Zuora Billing System to support subscription management, recurring billing, and invoicing logic.Build and manage ETL workflows to ensure accurate data movement between systems.Create dynamic content using Liquid scripting within the Zuora platform.Support development of customized invoice templates and communications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Participate in Zuora product trainings and stay updated on product enhancements.Perform system/data testing, validation, and maintain documentation of systems and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)Working knowledge of Zuora, including subscription billing, product catalog, and invoice customization. Understanding of ETL tools/processes – experience in writing, scheduling, and managing data pipelines. Familiarity with Liquid scripting – ability to develop and modify dynamic content templates.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for invoice, communication, and UI customization within Zuora or related tools.
