Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Zuora billing solutions aligned with business requirements.- Configure Zuora Billing modules including Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, and Taxes.- Develop and manage Zuora API integrations with third-party systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and payment gateways.- Execute data migration activities within Zuora using SQL and other relevant tools.- Analyze subscription lifecycle management and ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles.- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable billing solutions.- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements within the Zuora Skills and Experience : - Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Zuora platform.- Strong understanding of Zuora objects, workflows, APIs, and configuration options.- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing modules (Customers, Product Catalog, Subscriptions, Billing, Payments, Taxes).- Proven expertise in integrating Zuora with external systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or payment gateways.- Proficiency in SQL for data queries and migration within Zuora.- Knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and revenue recognition standards.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
