Hiring SAP BW BOBJ Hana consultant for our premium project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and plans for BI solutions.
Contribute to the ongoing support and enhancement of all delivered SAP BI solutions, partnering with support staff and other teams to deliver high-quality performance and business value.
Contribute to the development of the current BW landscape and architecture by modeling, designing, developing, testing, and implementing the appropriate backend and front-end structures needed to meet business reporting requirements.
Drive the full BI development process including ETL analysis and expansion, data warehouse modeling, and delivery of front-end reporting reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Understand and capture business requirements and translate them into flexible and powerful BI solutions.
Work with the Functional team on the gathering of business requirements.
Develop, enhance, and maintain custom and pre-delivered extractors to perform data extractions, transformations, and application of business rules.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BW and BOBJ systems.
Monitor process chains and address data load failures.
Support maintenance windows, system upgrades, or migrations whenever required.
Perform data load requests and support for finance month-end processes.
Develop SAP BW SAP HANA Native solutions through participation in small and large projects.
Technical Skills:
Data Modeling and Architecture : Design, develop, and implement data models and architectures using SAP BW and HANA. Create ADSO, Composite Providers, HANA Views.
ETL Processes : Manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources.
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SAP SAC.
Report and Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards using SAP Business Objects tools such as Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Lumira.
System Integration : Integrate SAP BW with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Data Integration : Ensure seamless integration of SAP Business Objects with other systems and data sources.
System Maintenance : Maintain and troubleshoot the SAP Business Objects platform, resolving technical issues and optimizing performance.
User Support : Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the BI tools, SAP BW, HANA, and SAC functionalities.
Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
Project Management : Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Project Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Performance Tuning : Optimize report performance and system efficiency through regular monitoring and adjustments.
Business Acumen : Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability : Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Business Objects development, with a strong background in data warehousing and business intelligence, HANA, and SAP SAC.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP BOBJ tools, HANA, and SAP SAC. Experience with ABAP programming and SQL scripting is a plus.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications : SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BOBJ certifications are preferred.
