Position: SAP BI/BW Manager and Senior Consultants
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BW on HANA, BW4/HANA, and CDS (Core Data Services) solutions.
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of SAP BI/BW projects from planning and design through implementation and go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective BI/BW solutions.
- Ensure the integration of SAP BI/BW solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including business blueprints, functional and technical specifications, and test plans.
- Provide expertise in data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAP BI/BW solutions.
- Train and mentor junior consultants and team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BI/BW implementation, with a focus on BW on HANA, BW4/HANA, and CDS.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP BI/BW projects.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP BW, BW4/HANA, and CDS.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects is a plus.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
