Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand clients' business objectives and goals.

Work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and expectations.

Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of project progress, results, and any issues that may arise.

Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, and technical) to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.

Provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their digital presence.

Educate clients on digital marketing trends, best practices, and the value of various services offered by the agency.

Provide guidance on industry-specific strategies and innovations.

Work with clients to define budgets and ensure that campaigns are executed within the agreed-upon financial parameters.

Monitor campaign performance against budget and make adjustments as necessary.

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or cross-selling complementary offerings to existing clients.

Work towards increasing the agency's share of the client's marketing activities.

Provide clients with regular performance reports and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.

Use data and insights to make recommendations for improvements.

Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Proactively address issues to prevent client churn.

Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
