Job Description We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and hands-on Associate Content Creator to join Creddinv’s growing marketing team. This is a full-time role for someone who can create compelling content, design visually appealing creatives, and actively support content production such as podcast shoots, video shoots, and photography – while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. Key Responsibilities Design & Visual Storytelling Design social media creatives, posters, banners, presentations and basic motion graphics using: Canva Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects Figma Content Strategy & Ideation Support in brainstorming and executing creative content strategies. Translate marketing ideas into compelling visual narratives. AI Tool Utilization Use AI tools for content ideation, copy enhancement, design support and productivity. Production & On-ground Execution Actively participate in podcast shoots, video shoots and photography sessions. Assist with pre-production planning, shoot coordination and basic production support. Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth content execution. Research & Trends Stay updated with content, startup, fintech and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaboration Work closely with marketing, design and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and quality. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, graphic designing and video editing roles. Core Skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (mandatory). Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and design workflows. Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
