Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and hands-on Associate Content Creator to join Creddinv’s growing marketing team. This is a full-time role for someone who can create compelling content, design visually appealing creatives, and actively support content production such as podcast shoots, video shoots, and photography – while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Visual StorytellingDesign social media creatives, posters, banners, presentations and basic motion graphics using:CanvaAdobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign & After EffectsFigmaContent Strategy & IdeationSupport in brainstorming and executing creative content strategies.Translate marketing ideas into compelling visual narratives.AI Tool UtilizationUse AI tools for content ideation, copy enhancement, design support and productivity. Production & On-ground ExecutionActively participate in podcast shoots, video shoots and photography sessions.Assist with pre-production planning, shoot coordination and basic production support.Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth content execution.Research & TrendsStay updated with content, startup, fintech and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.CollaborationWork closely with marketing, design and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and quality.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or related field preferred.1–2 years of experience in content creation, graphic designing and video editing roles.Core SkillsProficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (mandatory).Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and design workflows.Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Personal AttributesCreative thinker with a strong eye for detailProactive, adaptable and eager to learnComfortable working both independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and upskillingExposure to startup ecosystems and investment-focused contentDynamic, collaborative and inclusive work cultureIf you’re passionate about storytelling, visual creativity and content production, and want to be part of a fast-growing fintech startup ecosystem platform, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now: Send your resume and portfolio to hr@creddinv.in
