Visa Sales Executive (Tourist & Business Visas)

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and result-driven professionals to join our Visa Sales team. The role involves selling global tourist and business visa services to clients. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with prospective clients to promote and sell tourist and business visa services.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions for their visa requirements.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries to convert leads into sales.
  • Assist clients with documentation and guide them through the visa application process.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on global visa regulations and requirements to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Sales and Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Open to freshers with a passion for sales; experienced candidates in visa or travel sales will have an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Knowledge of global visa processes (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
