As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation in compliance with Oracle policies. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, mitigate risk, and enable seamless business operations. Create, validate, and process contract documents using Oracle’s standard templates. Ensure compliance with Oracle policies, approvals, and corporate risk guidelines. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Deal Desk teams for smooth deal execution. Strong decision-making skills under pressure, even with incomplete data. ~ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). ~ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ~(Preferred) 10 years of experience handling contractual documents. ~(Preferred) Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures.
