You will work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and Customer Success to drive business growth.This role requires a proactive legal professional with excellent analytical and negotiation skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international setting.You will report directly to our Associate General Counsel and be responsible for conducting contract reviews, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations. Your tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, partnering with internal teams to streamline agreement processing, and conducting risk assessments.To succeed in this position, you will need:A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience practicing commercial law in a reputable law firm or in-house with a global enterprise technology company.A law degree from a nationally accredited law school and license to practice law or as in-house legal counsel in the jurisdiction where you are based.Extensive experience with outbound SaaS transactions, inbound vendor, channel partner, MSP, and supplier agreements involving data protection, security, and cloud technology.Knowledge of evolving regulations and compliance frameworks related to privacy, data protection, and security in SaaS.Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive alignment on complex projects involving various stakeholders.Fluency in written and spoken English.Ability to work independently but also use good judgment and escalate issues when needed.Solid time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work.Key CompetenciesExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated conflict management and change management skills.Ability to be self-directed and work under minimal supervision.Proven ability to analyze and negotiate effectively, apply innovative solutions to problems, interact with specialized work teams, work under pressure with attention to detail, translate legal and financial verbiage into common understandable terms, professionally communicate with all levels of employees and external partner groups, make decisions, exercise resourcefulness, and prioritize tasks to meet a variety of demands.Capacity to produce well-written documents with clearly organized thoughts, comprehend and make inferences from written material, and exercise independent initiative and judgment.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including unlimited PTO, parental leave, accident, life, and medical insurance, employee assistance program for mental wellness, work-from-home allowance, and gratuity.Join Our CommunityWe value diversity, creativity, and innovation.
