The role involves addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining detailed documentation of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer inquiries through various communication channels with professionalism and courtesyProvide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issuesDocument customer interactions and feedback in CRM systemsIdentify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessaryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for process and service improvementsMaintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in all interactionsQualificationsProvencustomer service skills, including managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfactionStrongcommunication and interpersonal skillsto effectively interact with diverse clientsProficiency in CRM systems, documentation, and data entryExcellentproblem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesAdaptability and flexibilityin a fast-paced, remote work environmentExperience withremote communication tools and technologies(e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack) is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalentrequired;college education preferredPrevious customer service experienceis preferred but not mandatoryExcellent English communication skillsare mandatoryExperience working withUS or Canadian processesis an assetBackground inlogistics or the automotive sectoris a plus
