Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and technology hiring. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in stockholding management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can attract top talent while managing the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Technology Hiring: Specialize in recruiting for technical roles, understanding the nuances of various technologies and skill sets to identify suitable candidates.
Stockholding Management: Oversee and manage the recruitment stockpile to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for critical positions.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, utilizing various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to attract diverse talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the end-to-end hiring process.
Experience in stockholding management and pipeline development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
