Job Title: US IT Recruiter – VLSI DomainLocation: Remote (US Time Zone - EST/CST/PST)Experience: 3–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in VLSI hiring . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for niche VLSI roles in the US Location.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end US recruiting , including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the key VLSI domain.Evaluate candidate skills based on job requirements in the semiconductor domain.Work with W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models.Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).Maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand VLSI skill sets.Provide daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job portals.Proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles.Fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
