Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and
revenue targets.
o Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of
sales opportunities.
o Initiate and lead sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with
prospective customers.
2. Business Development
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and OEM
partners.
o Identify and evaluate new market segments for growth opportunities, including EV,
agriculture, and industrial applications.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
3. Account Management
o Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
o Address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth
sales and after-sales process.
o Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and maintain records of client
interactions and transactions.
4. Market Insights and Reporting
o Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales
strategies.
o Provide regular updates on sales metrics, market insights, and business development
activities to management.
o Forecast sales targets and report on sales performance to ensure alignment with
organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive
or technology sector.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of products effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
