Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium , TestNG , and JUnit to enhance testing efficiency. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 6 years in QA with a focus on Manual and Automation Testing. Testing Tools : Strong knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium , TestNG , and JUnit . Leadership : Proven ability to lead and guide a QA team. Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Skills Familiarity with various testing methodologies and practices. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
