**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Skill**: Lead **Software Engineer***
**Role / Tier**:
- **Salesforce QA**/Tier 2**
**Required Qualifications:
**Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3 years of QA Engineer experience.
Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements, as well as working understanding of functional testing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a MUST.
Functional knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) area is a Plus
Salesforce, Apttus/Conga certifications is a Plus***
