Job Title: US IT Recruiter Job Location: Shift: PST Time Zone WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT) specializes in delivering comprehensive Cloud, Data and AI solutions through Microsoft's technology stack. We focus on Implementation and Deployment of modern applications, continuous Performance Optimization, and future-ready innovations in AI, ML, and security enhancements. Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment). End-to-End Recruitment – Source, screen, and place top IT professionals across various domains like cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise applications. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Use LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS, and networking to find the best talent. Relationship Building – Develop strong candidate pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with IT professionals. Client & Vendor Coordination – Work closely with US-based hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS platforms to understand job requirements and deliver top talent. Market Research & Strategy – Stay updated on the latest tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and immigration laws (H1B, OPT, GC, TN, EAD, etc.). Collaboration & Innovation – Work with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and employer branding. 4+ years of experience in US IT staffing & recruitment. ~ Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and major job boards. ~ Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and visa sponsorships. ~ A self-starter with a hunter mindset – excited about sourcing, cold calling, and networking. ~ Ability to work night shifts (US Time Zone) and thrive in a target-driven, high-performance environment. ~ Technical understanding of IT roles (DevOps, Cloud, Full Stack, Cybersecurity, AI, etc.).
