We are seeking an Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations to lead internal IT operations for a fast-growing IT Services company . This is a non-client facing role , focused on operations, governance, and compliance — ideal for leaders who have scaled IT operations within IT services organizations. Current/Prior EXPERIENCE WITH AN IT SERVICES ORGANIZATION MANDATORY

#Oversee internal IT infrastructure operations across cloud (Azure/AWS), servers, storage, and networks.
Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness across global IT operations.
Manage service desk, workforce utilization, and internal process excellence.
Lead and mentor operations staff, driving automation and operational efficiency

#15 - 18 years in IT infrastructure/operations; IT Services background required ( Candidates with Captives/Product company profiles will not be considered).
~ Strong expertise in Azure/AWS operations, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management.
~ Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or Cloud Architect are a plus
~ Working in Shifts might be needed
