Role Overview:
As a You Tube Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance Protein World’s presence on You Tube. You’ll work on both India-specific and global campaigns, leveraging the platform to promote new products, bundles, and brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of You Tube as a platform, its algorithm, and its creators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement You Tube marketing strategies that align with Protein World’s brand and product goals.
• Identify target audiences and create plans to engage them effectively through video content.
2. Content Development & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and You Tubers to promote Protein World products and bundles.
• Work with the internal creative team to produce engaging video content, including product launches, tutorials, and lifestyle content.
3. Campaign Management:
• Manage You Tube ad campaigns (e.g., True View, bumper ads, discovery ads) to maximize reach and ROI.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and audience engagement.
4. Community Engagement:
• Monitor and manage audience interactions on the channel, ensuring a strong and positive community presence.
• Respond to comments and engage with viewers to build a loyal subscriber base.
5. Analytics & Optimization:
• Track and analyze channel performance using tools like You Tube Analytics and Google Ads.
• Use data insights to refine strategies, improve video performance, and boost audience engagement.
6. Influencer & Partnership Management:
• Build relationships with You Tube influencers who align with Protein World’s brand ethos.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships with creators to promote products effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in You Tube marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing You Tube channels or managing successful You Tube campaigns.
• Skills:
• Deep understanding of You Tube’s algorithm, SEO, and advertising formats.
• Strong knowledge of content trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in You Tube Analytics, Google Ads, or similar tools.
• Personal Attributes:
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate compelling content ideas.
